Prime Site & Septic is a family-run, NC Grade II certified septic and land clearing company based in Grimesland. We're the crew homeowners and builders call when they want it done right the first time.
Prime Site & Septic LLC was founded by Ulises Cisneros and Jesmelly Lugo-Tirado in Grimesland, North Carolina. They saw that homeowners in Pitt, Beaufort and Craven County were waiting weeks for septic contractors who didn't return calls, and paying for jobs that failed inspection.
They built a company around the opposite. That means showing up when promised, explaining every step and building systems that pass inspection the first time. Today we install and repair septic systems and drain fields, set tanks, and clear and mulch land so new homes and septic systems have room to go in.
We're still a small, owner-run team, and we like it that way. When you call Prime Site & Septic, you talk to the people who will be on your property.
Two owners, one standard: treat every property like it's our own.
Ulises runs the field side of the business. He walks every site, plans every install and runs the equipment on the job. His focus is building septic systems and drain fields that work for decades, not just until the inspector leaves.
Jesmelly keeps every project organized. She handles estimates, scheduling, permit coordination and customer communication, so you always know where your project stands and what comes next.
These aren't slogans. They're how we've earned repeat work and referrals across Eastern North Carolina.
Every system is built to the approved county permit and NC on-site wastewater rules, with no shortcuts that come back to bite you later.
We explain what's wrong, what it takes to fix it and what it costs, in plain language, before any work starts.
Ulises and Jesmelly stay involved from the first site visit to the final inspection. You always know who to call.
We protect what we can, clean up what we disturb and leave your yard graded and finished.
Site walk, soil evaluation review and a written estimate. We confirm permit requirements with your county so the design is approved up front.
Our own crew and equipment, steady updates, and quick calls if anything changes underground. We stay on schedule and on budget.
We meet the inspector on site, backfill, grade and haul away debris. You get a working system and a clean yard.
Fewer contractors, fewer delays and one price for the whole site.
Call the owners directly or send us a few details. We'll set up a site visit and a free written estimate.
